摘要
某便利店广州配送中心承担为广州及周边4城市520间店铺配送的任务,为降低配送成本并满足冷链运输对配送时间的要求,需有效规划配送线路。文中采用节约里程法,选取广州市典型店铺,规划配送线路。经多次求解证明,应用该法规划的路径短、耗时少、费用低,具有重要的实用价值。
Guangzhou distribution center of a convenience store undertakes the task of distribution for 520 shops in Guangzhou and surrounding 4 cities. In order to reduce the distribution cost and meet the demand of cold chain transportation on delivery time,it is necessary to effectively plan distribution routes. In this paper, the distribution route planning is carried out using saving method among the selected typical shops in Guangzhou. It has been proved that the planned path is short, less time consuming and low cost. The saving method has important practical value.
