摘要
目前,中国传统工艺既有维护传统社会的功能,也有构建未来社会的使命,它承担的任务是双重的。传统工艺来源于人类的生产实践和社会实践,是经济和文化的双重载体。中国传统工艺的保护和传承,应根据文化遗产公约制订保护计划,明确保护的主要目标和预期效果。振兴中国传统工艺,国家应有若干的具体措施,包括应对传统工艺产品实行减免税政策,建立现有传统工艺名录的鉴别和退出机制,慎重对待传统工艺的培训和教育,重视传统工艺的行业组织建设等。
This paper analyzes the current situation and prospects of traditional Chinese craft,and concludes that the traditional craft has both the function of maintaining the traditional society and the mission of building the future society.The traditional craft comes from the human production practice and social practice,which is the economic and cultural dual carrier.The article analyzes the protection and inheritance of Chinese traditional craft and assert that the protection plan should be formulated on cultural heritage convention,while the main objectives and expected effects of the protection being clearly clarified.The article argues that in order to revitalize traditional Chinese craft,the state should have a number of specific measures,such as tax relief policy for traditional technology products,the list of identified existing traditional technology catagories and have traditional craft exit mechanism in place.l Arrangement of traditional craft course education should be careful,so as to the organization and industry construction of traditional craft.
