摘要
通过分析大型民营综合医院建设的发展现状以及存在的问题,基于医疗保障体系、医疗供给现状、社会需求改变以及医疗卫生体制改革的机遇与挑战,提出了大型民营综合医院应该坚持错位发展、品牌发展的思路。强化医院内涵建设,持续提高医疗质量和患者安全,改善患者就医体验。加强经营管理,完善医院薪酬和绩效分配机制,提高员工积极性,加强医院文化建设,明确医院的使命、愿景和价值观,降低经营成本,处理好政府与相关部门的关系。
By analyzing the large private development present situation and existing problems of the construction of the general hospital, based on the medical security system, the situation of medical supply and social demand change as well as the opportunities and challenges of health care system reform,puts forward the large private comprehensive hospital should adhere to the thinking of dislocation development,brand development.To strengthen the hospital connotation construction,improve the medical quality and patient safety, improve patient treatment experience. Strengthen management,improve the performance of the hospital compensation and allocation mechanism, improve staff motivation, to strengthen the construction of hospital culture and hospital＇s mission, vision and values, reduce operating costs,handle the relationship between the government and related departments.
