摘要
目的将共词分析法引入早产儿支气管肺发育不良(BPD)的研究,分析我国近五年在该领域的研究重点和趋势,寻找优势和薄弱环节,为今后的研究提供可能方向。方法于2016年12月分别以"早产儿"或"低出生体重儿"及"支气管肺发育不良"为主题词在中国知网、维普、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库进行文献检索及筛选,限定期刊年限为2011年12月-2016年12月,通过严格的纳入和排除标准共选取324篇文献作为研究对象。利用Excel 2007建立共现矩阵,使用Ucinet 6.0及Netdraw绘制可视化网络。结果共纳入高频关键词39个,初步建立了国内BPD研究现状的可视化网络,反映了近年来该领域的研究热点及现状,主要包括相关危险因素、辅助诊断、防治策略等方面。结论目前国内对BPD的临床特征、危险因素、并发症、防治措施、诊断等方面已有较多研究成果,而对于疾病的发病机制和预后的研究则相对较薄弱,未来的研究方向有可能是基于基因的多态性特点,利用间充质干细胞来进行移植治疗。
Objective To introduce co-word analysis into the analysis of the current research status of bronchopulmo- nary dysplasia （BPD）, to summarize the hot spots and trend of research in this field in China, and to discover the advantages and weak links,in order to formulate foundation for the further study. Methods The CNKI, VIP, Wanfang data and CBM were searched with ＂preterm infant＂ or ＂low birth weight infant＂ and ＂bronchopulmonary dysplasia＂ as the key words to i- dentify the papers published from December 2011 to December 2016 in accordance with strict inclusion and exclusion crite- ria. The relationship among different high-frequency key words were analyzed, Microsoft Office Excel 2007 was used for sta- tistical analysis of key words,and Ucinet 6.0 and Netdraw were used for cooccurrence analysis. Results A total of 324 papers were included,and 39 high-frequency key words were extracted. The current hot spots of research on BPD of preterm infant in China were displayed, and the relationship between different high-frequency key words was presented. The main re- search directions included the relevant risk factors, auxiliary diagnosis, prevention and control strategies and so on. Conclu- sions There has been in-depth research on clinical features, risk factors, complications, prevention and treatment, diagnosis of BPD in China,but further research is needed to investigate the exact pathogenesis and prognosis,and the future research direction may be based on gene polymorphism characteristics,and the use of mesenchymal stem ceils for transplantation.
