摘要
信息时代人们的生活、学习和工作发生了巨大的改变,也给中小学教师教育教学研究带来一系列的变化,为保障并提高中小学教师的学术素养,应建立健全中小学教育的管理体制;将教学科研制度化;加大对教育科研经费的投入;建立完善教研活动的激励机制。
In information era, people' s lives, study and work is undergoing significant changes, which bring about changes to middle school and elementary school teachers' researches on pedagogical matters. To guarantee and elevate the teacher' s academic attainment, it is important to establish a management mechanism to institution- alize pedagogical researches, to increase funds invested in this filed and establish a motivation mechanism.
