摘要
本文选取1990-2015年数据,就人口老龄化、人口结构与经济增长之间的关系进行实证分析。在控制了一些变量后,通过回归结果发现,人口老龄化所带来的人口结构变动尤其是老年抚养比的增加对经济增长产生负面影响。由于人口结构的这种转变使得中国持续了30多年的传统人口红利期消失,经济增速放缓。因此,建议政府应适时采取调整人口政策的措施以调节人口结构更趋合理化,加大人力资本投入以挖掘第二次人口红利,以及采取促进老年人就业等措施来解决老龄化所带来的挑战问题。
The paper makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between population ageing, population structure and economic growth based on the data of 1990-2015.The regression results show that the demographic changes especially the increase in elderly dependency ratio brought by the aging population have a negative effect on economic growth controlling some variables. The economic growth is slowing, asthe disappearance of China＇s traditional demographic dividend of a large population. Therefore, it was put forward that the government should timely adjust the population policy measures to make the population structure more reasonable, increase investment in human capital to excavate the second demographic dividend, and promote the employment measures to deal with the challenge of aging population.
