摘要
随着科学技术的发展,煤碳液化技术日益成熟,为化石能源的利用提供了新的途径。煤炭液化建设项目投资大、技术和转化工艺复杂、工艺路线和建设周期长,并存在较大的风险。需要认真学习和总结国内外经验,加强项目管理和投资控制。此文针对宁煤集团煤炭液化项目建设的具体情况,通过分析,提出管理和控制该项目投资的10项管控措施,取得了良好地经济效益。可为今后类似的建设项目提供借鉴。
With the development of science and technology, coal liquefaction technology is increasingly mature, and provides a new way for the utilization of fossil energy. Coal liquefaction construction projects have large investment, complex technology and transformation process, long process line and construction period, and have great risks. Therefore, it is necessary to study and summarize domestic and foreign experience carefully, and strengthen project management and investment control. Aiming at the specific situation of coal liquefaction project construction in Ningxia coal group, 10 control measures for management and control of the project investment are put forward after analysis, and the good economic benefits have been achieved. And it can provide reference for similar construction projects in the future.
