摘要
资源型经济转型和发展是世界性的难题。随着我国建设现代化经济体系改革的不断深入,我国资源型经济转型及创新发展成为加快创新型国家建设需要解决的重要问题之一。本文分析了创新发展战略对资源型经济转型的作用和影响要素,在研究山西省转型经验的基础上,提出促进资源型经济转型和创新发展的战略。
Resource-based economic transformation and development is a worldwide problem. With the deepening of the reform of building a modem economic system in our country, the transformation and innovation of resource-based economy in our country have become one of the important issues. This paper analyzes effects and influencing factors of innovation and development strategy on resource-based economy transformation. Based on the study of transformation experience in Shanxi Province, this paper proposes a strategy of promoting resource-based economy transformation and innovation development.
