一测多评分析方法下柴胡药材中柴胡皂苷a、c、d含量测定研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:用一测多评法对柴胡药材中柴胡皂苷a、c、d的含量进行测定研究。方法:采取一测多评分析方法,以柴胡皂苷a(SSa)做对照样品,并以此建立起药材中此成分与柴胡皂苷c(SSc)、d(SSd)的相对校正因子,由此计算出柴胡药材中柴胡皂苷c、d的含量,除此之外,采取外标法测定该药材中三种成分的绝对含量,通过统计学检验的方法对一测多评法的测量结果进行比较,并由此评价一测多评法测量柴胡药材中柴胡皂苷a、c、d含量的科学性和准确性。结果:在一定范围内,柴胡药材中柴胡皂苷a与柴胡皂苷c、d的相对校正因子分别为0.747和0.955,且实验条件的改变对结果影响较小(RSD=0.75%,0.58%);经检验,外标法与一测多评法的测量结果差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05),即一测多评法所得到的校正因子符合真实情况。结论:用一测多评分析方法测定柴胡药材中柴胡皂苷a、c、d的含量所得的结果真实可信,为柴胡药材多指标质量控制及评价提供了科学依据。 Objective: To study the contents of Safflower Saponins a, c and d in Bupleurum by a multi-evaluation method. Methods : A comparative test was conducted with the method of multi-evaluation and the control samples of Safflower Saponins c (SSc) and d (SSd) were established. In addition, the absolute content of the three components in the medicinal herbs was determined by external standard method. The measurement of the multi-evaluation method was carried out by statistical test meth- od. The results were compared and the scientific and accurate contents of Saikosaponin a, c and d were measured by a multi-e- valuation method. Results: In a certain range, the relative correction factors of Saikosaponin a and Saikosaponin c, d were O. 747and 0. 955, respectively, and the change of experimental conditions had little effect on the results (RSD = O. 75%, O. 58% ) (P〉0. 05), that is, the correction factor obtained by the multi-evaluation method was in accordance with the real situation. The difference between the external standard method and the muhi-evaluation method was not statistically significant (P〉 0. 05). Conclusion: The results of the determination of Safflower Saponins a, c and d in Bupleurum by the method of multi-evaluation method are real and credible, which provide scientific basis for the quality control and evaluation of Bupleurnm.
