摘要
利用Haverly公司开发的H/CAMS原油分析管理软件建立了适合某石化公司特点的原油数据库。在建库基础上,利用软件优化功能,得到符合常减压装置实际的原油切割方案,为测算效益提供依据。优化测算结果表明,通过提高中间基哈油掺炼比例,喷气燃料收率增加2.49百分点;侧线分离因子从0.08降到0.01,重整原料收率、喷气燃料收率分别提高了1.32百分点和2.10百分点,渣油收率降低了1.34百分点。运行结果表明:采用H/CAMS软件优化了原油加工,对提升公司炼油经济效益起到重要作用。
The H/CAMS software is applied to establish a crude oil database. On the basis of data base,the optimization functions of software are utilized to get an optimized crude oil cut scheme to provide a basis for estimation of economic benefits. The optimization estimation shows that,when inter-medium Hazakhstan crude percentage is increased in crude oil blending,the jet fuel yield is raised by 2. 5%. The side-drawn separation factor is lowered to 0. 01 from 0. 08,the yields of reformer feed and jet fuel are increased by 1. 32% and2. 10% respectively. The residue oil production is lowered by 1. 72%. The results of operation show that,the application of H/CAMS in optimization of crude oil processing has played an important rule in improvement of economic benefit.
