摘要
分别通过随炉加热,到温加热,感应加热等加热方式加热至720℃对锡青铜(QSn7-0.2)进行反挤压,检测挤压后的试样的组织和拉伸性能。结果表明,采用感应加热方式加热,材料具有较好的塑性和强度,可以有效提高了锡青铜的成形性能。
The tin bronze (QSn7 0.2) was anti-extrusion with heating in furnace, heating to the temperature and induction heating to 720℃, and the microstructure and the tensile properties were investigated. The results show that the heating material with induction heating has better plasticity and strength, which can effectively improve the forming performance of tin bronze.
