摘要
成本管理是企业发展中的重要组成部分,确保该工作良好的进行,可以为企业更好的发展打下坚实基础。基于此,论文以现代企业成本精细化管理作为主要研究内容,通过对现代企业成本精细化管理重要性的简单介绍,进而对精细化管理中存在的问题及优化对策展开了深层次的探讨。
Cost management is an important part of the development of enterprises, to ensure the work well can lay a solid foundation for the better development of enterprises. Based on this, this paper takes the cost fine management of modern enterprise as the main research content,through the introduction of the importance of the cost fine management of modern enterprise, discusses the existing problems and the optimization countermeasures in the fine management.
