摘要
随着卫星载荷功率的逐渐提升,对大功率变换器的需求越来越多,但传统卫星电源控制器中的功率变换器难以实现高效率转换的同时实现较大的功率输出。提出了一种卫星用新型大功率变换器电路拓扑,有效解决了上述问题。首先通过电路工作时序图,详细分析了所提电路的工作原理,并给出了电路关键工作波形,同时探讨了新型变换器功率管零电压开通实现的条件。最后进行了Saber软件分析和实验电路验证,实验结果验证了所提出的新型变换器拓扑的可行性与有效性。
With the power improvement of the satellite payload, more and more high-power converters are needed.However, it's difficult to achieve high efficiency for the traditional power converter with high power output. A new high-power converter used in satellites was presented to solve the above problem. The operating principle of the converter was analyzed based on operating sequence diagram, and the key waveforms were given. The design of the zero-voltage-switching parameters of the MOSFET was described. A simulation model based on Saber and experiment circuit was built, and the experiment results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the new converter topology.
