摘要
依据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和JJF 1135—2005《化学分析中不确定度评定》原理及方法,通过分析小麦粉中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的测定过程,建立高效液相色谱法测定小麦粉中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的不确定度评定方法。结果表明:脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇含量为(742.0±67.4)μg/kg,k=2。测量不确定度的主要来源为前处理过程和计量器具校准引入的不确定度,其次是液相色谱仪和标准溶液引入的不确定度,而样品称量和重复性测量产生的不确定度很小,可忽略不计。
Based on the principle and method of JJF 1059.1-2012 M easurem ent U ncertainty E valuation and R epresenta tionand JJF 1135-2005 U ncertainty E valuation in C hem ical A n a lysis , b y analyzing the determination process of deoxynivalenolin wheat flour , determination of uncertainty evaluation of deoxynivalenol in wheat flour by high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the content of deoxyfaxrolactone was (742 ± 67.4)滋g/kg and k=2. The main sources of measurementuncertainty are the uncertainty introduced by the pretreatment process and the calibration of the measuring instrument,followed by the uncertainty introduced by the liquid chromatograph and standard solution,while the sample weighing and repeatedmeasurement of the uncertainty generated is small and negligible.
