摘要
石灰苛化法脱除草酸钠生产工艺中,苛化渣返回赤泥洗涤槽会造成一水草酸钙反应溶解。分析了一水草酸钙在赤泥洗液中的反溶机制,考察了时间、温度、全碱浓度和碳碱率对一水草酸钙反溶率的影响。结果表明:一水草酸钙与洗液中的主要成分发生二次反应是导致其溶解的主要原因;反溶率随反应时间延长和温度升高而提高,随全碱浓度及碳碱率增大而升高。针对苛化工艺现状和存在的不足,以试验结果为依据,提出了优化改进方案。
In the process of removing sodium oxalate by lime causation method, calcium oxalate monohydrate may be dissoluted when causticization slag returning to red mud washing tank. the dissolution mechanism of calcium oxalate monohydrate in red mud wash liquor is analyzed, and the effects of time, temperature, total alkali concentration and rate of sodium carbonate ratio on dissolution of calcium oxalate monohydrate were investigated. The result show that the main redissolution mechanism of calcium oxalate monohydrate is the secondary reaction, the redissolution rate increases with increasing of time, temperature, total alkali concentration and the rate of sodium carbonate. According to the present situation and deficiencies of causticizing process and the experimental results,the optimization scheme is proposed.
