摘要
居民参与垃圾分类、将垃圾放对位置的过程,是一个重新组织社会、培养居民环境责任意识和公共行为规范的过程,也是提升国民素质的契机。上海在推进垃圾分类过程中还承担着特殊的功能,即重新组织社会,培育现代公民。这既是上海垃圾分类需要承担的特殊使命,也是垃圾分类的必由之路。
The process of residents＇ participation in the classification of rubbish and putting the garbage in the right places a process of organizing society,cultivating residents＇ consciousness of environmental responsibility and standardizing public behavior,and also an opportunity to promote national quality. In the process of promoting rubbish classification,Shanghai also undertakes special functions,that is,to organize society and cultivate modern citizens. This is not only the special mission of Shanghai garbage classification,but also the way of garbage classification.
