摘要
目的探讨缺铁性贫血对儿童生长发育的影响。方法选择2015年1月—2016年2月180例缺铁性贫血儿童作为贫血组;另外选择同期体检的180例正常儿童作为对照组。比较两组患病概率;身高、体质量等情况;大运动、精细动作、适应性、语言、社交情况。结果贫血组患病概率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,贫血组患病有40例,患病率达到22.22%;对照组患病有20例,患病率达到11.11%。贫血组身高、体质量分别为(70.40±2.71)cm、(11.40±1.57)kg,均低于对照组的(76.61±2.59)cm、(13.40±2.57)kg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。贫血组大运动、精细动作、适应性、语言、社交情况低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺铁性贫血对儿童生长发育的影响大,不仅影响其生理功能,增加患病率,还可影响其智力发育,因此,需及时筛查诊断和治疗,以减少患病率,促使儿童健康生长。
Objective To investigate the effect of iron deficiency anemia on children's growth and development. Methods From January 2015 to February 2016, 180 children with iron deficiency anemia were selected as anemia group. In addition, 180 normal children in the same period of physical examination were selected as the control group, and the prevalence of illness, height, weight and other conditions, big exercise, fine motor, adaptability, language, social situation were compared between the two groups. Results The prevalence of anemia in anemia group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Among them, the anemia group had 40 cases, the prevalence rate reached to 22.22%; the control group had 20 cases, the prevalence rate reached to 11.11%. In anemia group, height and body mass were (70.40±2.71) cm, (11.40±1.57) kg respectively, lower than (76.61±2.59) cm, (13.40±2.57) kg of the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). In anemia group, exercise, fne motor, adaptability, language, social conditions were worse than the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Iron deficiency anemia has a great impact on the growth and development of children, which not only affects physiological function and increases the prevalence, but also affects mental development. Therefore, screening and diagnosis should be conducted in time to reduce the prevalence and promote children growing healthily.
