摘要
随着全球经济一体化的推进,服务业,特别是生产性服务业已成为全球经济新的增长点。作为老工业基地的辽宁省,生产性服务业取得长足发展,但相对京津冀地区、长三角地区以及国外发达地区,辽宁省生产性服务业发展相对滞后。在分析辽宁省生产性服务业发展现状的基础上,匡算辽宁省生产性服务业的集聚水平,从发展产业集群、鼓励非主营业务外包、发挥政府作用、完善人才培养机制和发挥行业协会作用等方面,提出了促进辽宁省生产性服务业发展的相关对策。
With the development of global economic integration, service industry, especially producer service industry, has become a new growth point of global economy. As an old industrial base, Liaoning Province has made great progress in producer service industry. However, the development of producer services in Liaoning Province is relatively lagging behind compared with Beijing -Tianjin - Hebei Region, the Yangtze River Delta Region and developed areas abroad. Firstly, this paper analyzes the development of producer services in Liaoning Province. And then it calculates the agglomeration level of producer service industry. Finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of producer service industry in Liaoning Province from developing industrial clusters, encouraging outsourcing of non - main business, giving play to the role of the government, improving the training mechanism of talents and giving play to industry associations and so on.
