摘要
针对共地三电平Boost直流变换器的飞跨电容电压严重偏离1/2输出电压及准Z源Boost直流变换器的开关器件电压应力大等问题,提出一种新型准Z源三电平Boost直流变换器。为实现其输入电压范围宽、输出电压响应快、能量转换效率高等性能,采取交错调制和移相调制策略进行仿真试验。通过增益范围、电压应力、电流应力、器件选型等方面的试验对比,验证了交错调制策略下变换器运行特性更优。
For problems such as the serious deviation of flying capacitor voltage of common - ground three - level Boost DC converter from 1/2 output voltage and high voltage stress for the switching device of the quasi - Z - source Boost DC converter, a novel quasi -Z -source three -level Boost DC converter is introduced. In order to realize the performances such as wide range of input voltage, fast response of output voltage and high efficiency of energy conversion, the simulation experiment is carried out by using interlaced modulation and phase modulation strate- gies. Through the comparison tests of the gain range, voltage stress, current stress and device selection, it is veri- fied that the performance of the converter under the interlaced modulation strategy is better.
