摘要
档案职业和社会发展需要加强档案学专业“双师双能”型师资队伍的建设。本文认为档案学专业“双师双能型”师资队伍建设要坚持专职与兼职相结合、培训与引进相结合的原则，从组织、政策和经费上给予一定的保障，并从强化引育工作理念、构建培养培训体系、完善管理服务制度和提升职业素质能力等四个方面提出培养机制。
The archival profession and social development need to strengthen the construction of the professional ＂Double teaching and double abilities＂ teaching staff of archival science speciality. This article discusses the professional ＂Double teaching and double abilities type＂teachers construction should insist on the combination of full-time and part-time, training and the introduction of the principle of combining, to ensure a certain amount of organization, policy and funding.In addition, the training mechanism is put forward from four aspects： strengthening the concept of guiding education, constructing training system, perfecting management service system and improving professional quality.
