摘要
对费控电能表功能检测过程中出现的若干问题进行分析。分析发现,MAC挂起功能检测合格率会受被试表计数量、通信延时以及服务器处理能力的影响,对此从测试方法和软硬件方面提出了解决方法。针对4种常见的拉合闸功能测试不合格情况,从通信、密钥、工作电压、微断路器主回路和反馈信号端子回路等方面逐一分析了原因并提出解决方法。研究结果对费控电能表费控功能测试工作有指导意义。
Several problems in the function testing process of cost-control energy meter are analyzed. It is found by analysis that the testing qualified rate of MAC hanging function is influenced by the number of meters to be tested, communication delay and server processing capability. Therefore, solutions are proposed from aspects of testing method and hardware ＆ software. Aiming at four common unqualified situations in switching on and off functions testing, reasons from aspects of communication, private key, working voltage, main circuit of micro circuit breaker and terminal circuit of feedback signal are analyzed one by one and solutions are proposed. Study results have guidance significance to the cost-control function testing work of cost-control energy meter.
