摘要
改革开放以来,深圳是粤赣闽三省交界客家人大迁徙的一个触角。很多客家人本着勇于创造、敢于革命、不怕艰难的客家精神在深圳创业,成为了引人注目的深圳客商。深圳客商的从商经历说明了勤劳节俭、坚韧不拔、自力更生、拼搏进取、崇文重教、爱国爱民等客家文化精神有利于深圳客商创业和守业,有益于锻造企业家,更有益于营造和谐的竞争氛围,并最终有效地促进深圳经济和社会的发展。
Since the reform and opening-up, Shenzhen has been one of the settlements for Hakka migrants from the border areas of Guangdong, Jiangxi and Fujian provinces. With the Hakka spirits, like initiative, revolutionary spirit and fearlessness, many Hakkas in Shenzhen have established their own businesses and become entrepreneurs. The business careers of Hakka entrepreneurs in Shenzhen illustrate that Hakka ethos, like diligence, thrift, perseverance, self-reliance, enterprising, advocacy of education, and patriotism, is beneficial to start and keep businesses, to cultivate entrepreneurs, and to establish harmonious competition relationship. It will eventually promote the economic and social development of Shenzhen.
