摘要
目的:运用中医"治未病"理论探讨亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(简称亚临床甲减)的预防与治疗。方法:以亚临床甲减的特点为基础,参考中医"治未病"理论体系,讨论"治未病"理论在预防治疗亚临床甲减中的具体作用与实施。结果:运用"治未病"理论防治亚临床甲减,有效的防治亚临床甲减的发生、发展、传变及复发。结论:"治未病"理论在中医学防治亚临床甲减方面有着重要的意义且前景可瞻。
Objective： To explore the prevention and treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism （subclinical hypo- thyroidism） by using TCM theory of ＂Preventative Treatment of Disease＂ . Methods： Based on the characteristics of subclinical hypothyroidism, referring to the theoretical system of ＂Preventative Treatment of Disease＂ in traditional Chinese medicine, and discusses the specific effect and implementation of ＂Preventative Treatment of Disease＂ theory in preventing and treating subclinical hypothyroidism. Results： Applying the theory of ＂Preventative Treatment of Dis- ease＂ to prevent subclinical hypothyroidism and effectively preventing and treating the occurrence, development, trans- formation and relapse of subclinical hypothyroidism. Conclusion： The theory of ＂Preventative Treatment of Disease＂ is of great significance and prospect in the prevention and treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism in traditional Chinese medicine.
