摘要
目的探讨以中药熏洗的方式治疗紫杉醇化疗后所致周围神经毒性的临床效果。方法选取60例经过紫杉醇药物治疗产生周围神经毒性的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予口服甲钴胺片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加入中药熏洗治疗,以7 d为1个疗程。评估患者在治疗前、治疗后的整体情况,评价判定2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%(28/30),对照组总有效率为33.3%(10/30),治疗组优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用中药熏洗治疗之后,能够极大降低紫杉醇药物治疗产生的周围神经毒性,也能够大幅度提升患者生存质量,因此中药熏洗在抗肿瘤药物的辅助治疗过程中的应用值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Chinese medicine fumigation and wash therapy in the treatment of peripheral neurotoxicity induced by Taxol.Methods 60 patients with peripheral neurotoxicity induced by Taxol were randomly selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with Mecobalamin tablets.The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation and wash therapy.7 d was a one course of treatment.The overall situation of patients before and after treatment and the clinical effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%（ 28/30）,the total effective rate of the control group was 33.3%（ 10/30）,and the treatment group was better than the control group.The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Chinese medicine fumigation and washing therapy can greatly reduce the peripheral neurotoxicity produced by Taxol drug treatment,and also greatly improve the quality of life of patients.Therefore,the application of fumigation and washing in the process of adjuvant treatment of antitumor drugs is worth promoting.
