摘要
目的为检测邻苯二甲醛(OPA)消毒液中浓度是否满足使用要求,制备一种快速检测试纸。方法采用对比试纸颜色的方法,对影响试纸显色反应的多种因素进行研究。结果制备试纸的母液中Na_2SO_3、甘氨酸、KH_2PO_4和亚甲基蓝的浓度分别为8、80、40和0.04 g/L,且检测时间为2 min时效果最佳;KH_2PO_4的加入能极大地提高显色速率;将试纸染成蓝色基底更有利于对颜色的识别。结论制备的试纸对单方OPA产品有较好的检测效果,且试纸稳定性、重现性良好。该方法操作简单,快速可行。
Objective To prepare a kind of test strip so as to detect whether the concentration of OPA in disinfectants can meet the requirements of use. Methods Color contrasting mehtod was used to study varies factors influencing the color reaction on test paper. Results The results showed best when the concentration of Na_2SO_3,glycine,KH_2PO_4 and methylene blue were 8,80,40 and 0. 04 g/L in the mother liquor,and the detection time was selected for 2 min. The addition of KH_2PO_4 can greatly increase the coloration rate. The paper dyed blue was more conducive to the identification of color.Conclusion The test paper with good stability and reproducibility has a good detection effect on unilateral OPA disinfectant,and the paper-detection-method is simple and fast.
