摘要
弹道导弹目标威胁评估模型是预警探测系统的重要模型之一。结合预警雷达目标探测信息的特点,建立弹道导弹威胁度评估指标体系,采用改进的理想解法构建多属性决策模型,实现目标威胁度的量化评估。该算法在多批导弹来袭的仿真场景中得到验证,模型及量化评估结果准确、有效。多目标威胁度排序结果可有效支撑雷达探测预案制定、重点目标跟踪维持、低威胁度目标过滤剪裁以及导弹群目标序贯识别等,具有较高的军事应用价值。
Ballistic missile threat assessment model is one of important models of the early-warning detection system. Associated with the characteristics of EWR's detection information, the evaluation index system is established and the multi-attribute decision- making model is used to complete the quantitative threat degree assessment based on the improved technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution ( TOPSIS ). Simulation verifies the validity and effectiveness of this method. The multi-target threat de- gree sequencing can effectively support the warfare preplanning, important targets tracking, low threat degree targets filtering and ballistic missile sequential recognition and is valuable for military application.
