摘要
尽管课程评价的重要性不言自喻,但在我国高校的课程教学质量评价理论中存在概念不清等缺陷,在评价实践中存在评价指标效度低下,评价过程缺乏信度,标准混乱等问题。解决这些问题,需要构建科学有效的课程教学评价体系,而构建这一体系必须遵循目标性原则、全面性原则、效度与信度高度平衡原则,以及统一但有区别性原则。只有建立并执行科学有效的课程评价体系,才能从根本上解决高校人才培养与绩效评价之间的矛盾。
The importance of curriculum assessment is self-evident in higher education. However, such loopholes as,obscure con- cepts are found in theories of curriculum assessment, and more strikingly, such problems as low validity in assessment indices, low reliability in assessment processes are prevalent. To tackle these problems, it is necessary to build a scientific and effective curricu- lum assessment. Such a project must follow these principles： goal-orientation, overallness, balanced validity and reliability, and com- mon but differentiated criteria. Only by building and implementing a scientific and effective curriculum assessment system can the contradictions between talent fosterinz and accomplishment evaluation in universities be resolved.
