摘要
进行浇注式岩沥青改性硬质沥青胶结材料基本性能试验研究。对针入度、延度、软化点和质量损失等基本性能进行测试,结果表明:岩沥青改性硬质沥青随岩沥青掺量的增加,软化点、闪点增加,针入度、延度和质量损失量降低;随着复合改性剂掺量增加,软化点增大幅度较高,针入度、闪点有所增大,延度和质量损失略有下降。当掺配比例为m(石油沥青)∶m(天然岩沥青)∶m(复合改性剂)=82.5∶12.5∶5.0时,岩沥青改性硬质沥青具有良好的高温稳定性。
The experimental study on the basic properties of castable hard modified asphalt binder The basic properties of needle penetration, ductility,softening point and mass loss are tested. The results showthat with the increase of rock asphalt,softening point and flash point increase,the penetraquality loss of modified hard asphalt decrease,and that witli the amount of composite modifiesoftening point increases greatly,the penetration and flasli point increase slightly,and the delay and quality loss decline slightly. When the blending ratio is m ( petroleum asphalt) , m ( natural rock asphalt) , m ( composite modifier) = 82. 5 ,12. 5 ,5.0,the modified hard asphalt of rock asphalt has good high temperature stability.
