摘要
大量而频繁的不必要切换问题是限制家庭基站应用的一个重要原因。为了降低宏基站与家庭基站之间的不必要切换率,提出了一种向下垂直切换预判决算法;该算法对低速用户仍采用传统的基于接收信号强度的切换判决算法;而对高速用户设置有效驻留时间门限。在保证用户信干噪比的前提下,拒绝有效驻留时间低于门限值的切换请求。仿真结果表明,所提出的切换预判决算法在有效降低基站间不必要切换率的同时,显著地降低了用户的中断概率。
The problem of the frequent and unnecessary handovers between the macro base station with the home evolved node base station is a major factor which limits the use of the home evolved node base stations. In order to reduce this kind of unnecessary handovers,a vertical handover decision algorithm was proposed. In this algorithm,users were classified into two kinds according to the speed threshold,the algorithm made the handover decision for the users of low speed by the conventional algorithm; while guaranteeing the user equipments' signal to interference plus noise ratio,the algorithm set the dwell time threshold for the users of high speed and refused to carry out the handover if the predicted dwell time is lower than the threshold. The simulation results show that compared with the conventional algorithm,the proposed algorithm can effectively decline the rate of unnecessary handovers,and compared with the algorithm which is only based on the speed of the users,it reduces the outage probability effectively.
