摘要
掘进面作为井下通风的重难点之一,长期以来一直是矿井生产作业安全管理的核心要点。以此为出发点,针对掘进作业面的通风改造开展研究,运用现代化数值模拟手段,针对掘进作业面长压短抽通风系统开展参数的优化分析,获得了风筒固定的最佳高度和吸尘罩的最佳尺寸,对矿井掘进作业的安全开展具有一定的指导意义。
As one of the heavy difficulties in underground ventilation,tunneling operation face is the core point of safety management of mine production operation for a long time.This paper studied the short exhaust ventilation transformation of tunneling operation face,carried out the optimization analysis of the parameters of the ventilation system under long pressure used in the tunneling operation face by using modern numerical simulation method and obtained the best fixing height of the windpipe and the best size of the dust collector,which has some guiding significance for the safe development of mine tunneling operation.
