摘要
辅导员在高等职业教育中一直都发挥着重要作用。随着高等职业教育的不断发展,对高职院校辅导员职业能力的培养也显得越来越重要。在分析高职院校辅导员职业能力上存在的问题及原因的基础上,探讨了高职院校辅导员职业能力培养的措施。
Counselors has been playing a very important role in higher vocational education. With the constant development of higher vocational education, the cultivation of counselors＇professional ability in vocational colleges is more important than before. Based on the analyses of the problems and causes in counselors＇ professional ability, this paper discusses the counter-measures in the cultivation of counselors＇ professional ability in vocational colleges.
