摘要
自主神经系统对调节机体内脏功能,维持内环境稳定具有重要的作用。临床上常用机械通气来改善通气以及全麻手术时进行呼吸支持,但机械通气使胸腔内的生理性负压变为正压,可影响自主神经系统的活动性。本文对近年来有关机械通气对自主神经系统影响的研究作一综述。
The autonomic nervous system plays an important role in regulating the function of internal organs as well as maintaining its homeostasis.Mechanical ventilation was commonly used to improve ventilation status clinically and to support breathing during general anesthesia. However, mechanicalventilation transforms the physical negative pressure into positive pressure, influencing the activity of the autonomic nervous system. This article summarizesthe researches concerning the effect of mechanical ventilation on the autonomic nervous system.
