摘要
为了提高10 kV配电线路供电可靠性,保证电网的安全和稳定运行,对10 kV线路混凝土杆在更换时采取带电作业。为了保证安全施工,结合带电作业的实际特点,分析带电作业的周围环境,从施工组织措施、技术措施、安全措施等方面着手,全过程控制带电作业的每一个环节,保证了带电立、撤混凝土杆的安全和向用户的连续供电,为类似带电作业提供了实际经验和参考。
In order to improve the power supply reliability of 10 kV distribution line,to ensure the safety and stable operation of the power grid,the concrete pole of 10 kV distribution lines will be charged with electric operation when replacing.To ensure safety construction,combining the actual characteristics of charged operation,analysis of live working surroundings,from construction organization,technical measures,safety measures and other aspects,the whole process control of charged operation of each link,to ensure the safety of the demolition and installation of concrete pole with live work,and continuous power supply to the user,provided a practical experience and reference for the similar work.
