摘要
在"两学一做"学习教育背景下,将友善观融入高校学生党建工作中是十分必要的,可以从高校学生党建的思想建设、组织建设、作风建设和制度建设上查找问题,进而以组织行为学的激励理论、团队建设理论、领导理论和组织文化理论为依据,分析问题的原因,探索解决问题的对策。
It is necessary to integrate the view of kindness into the Party building among university studentsin the context of Party building studies. In the process, it is possible to find a solution to construction of ideology , organization , working style and system on the basis of an analysis of the reasons ofthese problems according to the theories of organizational behavior such as motivatileadership and organizational culture.
