气田水脱硫脱凝析油工艺研究

摘要 含硫凝析气田在勘探开发过程中往往伴随有气田水产出,而产出的气田水中通常含有H2S、污油以及悬浮物等物质,不仅会对环境造成污染,而且会对人体健康造成危害,因此气田水需要将其含有的有害物质脱除后方能排放。以土库曼斯坦某含硫凝析油气田为例,通过对比分析研究气田气提法和化学氧化法两种脱硫工艺,气浮选法和油浮选法两种脱油工艺,得出推荐工艺方案:燃料气气提+两级气浮。经现场实施运行,采用推荐工艺方案处理净化后的气田水取样数据达到并低于指标要求。可为类似工程气田水脱硫、脱油处理提供借鉴与参考。 Sulfur-containing condensate gas fields are often accompanied by the output of gas field water during the exploration and development,and the produced water usually contains H2S,sump oil and suspended matter and other substances,which will not only affect the environment,but also human health.So the harmful substances in gas field water shall be removed before discharge. In this paper,a sulfurcontaining condensate gas field in Turkmenistan is taken as an example,through comparative analysis of gas field desulfurization process between gas stripping and chemical oxidation,de-oiling process between gas flotation and oil flotation,the proposed technology program has been obtained: fuel gas stripping + two levels of air flotation. After field application,the sampling data after purification by proposed process meet and exceed the standard requirements,which can provide reference for the desulfurization and deoiling in similar projects.
