摘要
针对当前弹头偏转机构智能化、小型化的需要,基于多自由度超声电动机输出力矩大、响应快、不受电磁干扰等优点,提出将多自由度超声电动机作为弹头偏转机构的执行装置。根据多自由度超声电动机的驱动原理,提出了一种弹头偏转的简易控制方法及相应控制信号要求。根据驱动信号的要求和特点,设计了用于弹道修正的多自由度超声电动机驱动电路方案。实验验证,设计的驱动电路能提供较大的输出电压,能实现良好的幅值、频率和相位控制,符合设计要求。
For the intelligent and miniaturization requirements of deflectable nose mechanism, a multi-degree-ol-tree- dora ultrasonic motor was proposed as a drive device for deflectable nose mechanism based on the eximious characteristics of the ultrasonic motor such as big output torque, fast response, and it was not affected by electromagnetic interference, etc. According to the driving principle of multi-degree-of-freedom ultrasonic motor, a simple method for controlling the deflec- tion of warhead and the corresponding control signals requirements was put forward. In accordance with the requirements and characteristics of the drive signal, a multi-degree-of-freedom ultrasonic motor drive circuit solution for trajectory cor- rection was designed. Through experimental verification, the drive circuit can provide larger output voltage, achieve good processing amplitude, frequency and phase control and meets the design requirements.
