摘要
目的探讨降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、内毒素(endotoxin)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin,IL-6)和中性粒细胞百分比(neutrophilic granulocyte,GRA%)在新生儿败血症中的变化及检测意义。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月本院收治的80例新生儿败血症患儿为观察组和健康新生儿40例为对照组,分别检测新生儿血清中PCT、内毒素、IL-6和GRA%水平。结果与对照组相比,急性期和缓解期患儿体内PCT、内毒素、IL-6和GRA%水平显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性期和缓解期患儿血清中PCT、内毒素、IL-6和GRA%联合检出率显著高于各指标单独检出率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿败血症患儿血清中PCT、内毒素、IL-6和GRA%表达异常升高;且PCT、内毒素、IL-6和GRA%联合检测对于诊断新生儿败血症具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of procalcitonin (PCT), endotoxin, interleukin-6 (IL-6) and neutrophil percentage (GRA%) in septicemia children. Method From January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital, 80 cases of neonatal sepsis children as observation group and 40 healthy newborns as the control group were enrolled. Serum levels of PCT, endotoxin, IL-6 and GRA% were detected. Result Compared with the control group, the levels of PCT, endotoxin, IL-6 and GRA% in the acute and remission patients were significantly unregulated, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The detection rate of PCT, endotoxin, IL-6 and GRA% in serum of acute and remission patients was significantly higher than those of each index (P〈0.05). Conclusion The levels of PCT, endotoxin, IL-6 and GRA% in serum of children with neonatal sepsis abnormally increase. And combined detection of PCT, endotoxin, IL-6 and GRA% for the diagnosis of neonatal sepsis has big clinical significance.
