摘要
目的为清洁切口围手术期合理使用预防性抗菌药物提供参考,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。方法随机抽取2010年360例清洁切口手术作为干预前组;2016年随机抽取360例清洁切口手术作为干预后组,对用药合理性进行分析比对。结果临床药师采取干预措施后,笔者所在医院清洁切口手术围手术期抗菌药物的使用如抗菌药物预防性使用率、抗菌药物选择、首次给药时间、联合用药等方面有了明显改善。结论临床药师采取干预措施加强围手术期预防使用抗菌药物的监督和管理,提高了抗菌药物合理用药水平。
Objective To provide reference for prophylaticly rational using antimicrobial agents at perioperation of the incision of clean surgery,so as to promote rational use of antibiotics. Methods The 360 cases to be received clean surgery were randomly selected as pre-intervention group in 2010. In 2016,another 360 cases were randomly selected as intervention group. The items of rational using drugs were compared between two groups. Results After clinical pharmacist＇s interventions,the use of antibacterial drugs in author＇s hospital such as antimicrobial prophylaxis rate,drug selection,for clean operation the first time to give medicine and combined medication had been improved significantly. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should take measures to strengthen the supervision and management of antibacterial drugs during perioperation,so as to improve the level of rational using antibiotics.
