摘要
目的:观察全视网膜激光光凝(PRP)联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:将116例(116眼)患者随机分为2组。对照组58例单纯给予PRP治疗,观察组58例给予PRP联合复方血栓通胶囊口服治疗。观察2组治疗前后视网膜厚度的变化情况及临床疗效和视力变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为84.48%,对照组为62.07%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。视力总有效率观察组为82.76%,对照组为56.90%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。视网膜厚度治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后各时间点组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口服复方血栓通胶囊联合PRP可提高非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变治疗效果。
Objective：To observe clinical effects of panretinal photocoagulation （PRP） combined with compound XueShuanTong capsules in the treatment of non proliferative diabetic retinopathy （NPDR）.Methods：All 116 patients （116 eyes） were randomized into two groups.58 cases of the control group were treated by PRP only,while 58 cases of the observation group accepted PRP and oral administration of compound XueShuanTong capsules.The vision changes,clinical effects and retinal thickness of both groups were observed before and after treating.Results：Total effective rate of the observation group was 84.48%,higher than 62.07% of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）.Total visual acuity of the observation group was 82.76%,higher than 56.90% of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）.The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of retinal thickness before and after treating within the groups （P〈0.05）;the difference indicated statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating at different times （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Oral administration of compound XueShuanTong capsules combined with PRP could improve therapeutic effects of NPDR.
