摘要
对不同样态的顺丁橡胶进行自然阳光曝晒、催化剂反应,考察橡胶自燃的可能性;并采用热失重技术和X射线—荧光光谱技术,分析橡胶中各常见元素的含量。试验结果表明,顺丁橡胶本身难以自燃,橡胶中含有的活性铝粉和清理过程中产生的金属氧化物是着火的主要原因。
Natural sunshine exposure and catalyst reaction experiments of the different modality butadiene rubber were made and the autoignition feasibility was studied. Contents of all common elements in the butadiene rubber were analyzed by thermal weight loss technology and X ray fluorescence spectrum technology. The experiment result showed that butadiene rubber itself was difficult to autoignition,active alumina powder in the butadiene rubber and metallic oxide generated in the cleaning course were the main causes for the fire.
