超声辅助叔丁基过氧化氢氧化4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了有效地脱去原油中的硫,本研究采用超声辅助叔丁基过氧化氢(TBHP)氧化,对原油中含硫化合物4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩(4,6-DMDBT)进行了超声氧化研究。实验考察了氧化剂用量、超声振幅、底物浓度、温度等因素对原油中含硫化合物氧化效果的影响,并对其氧化机理进行了研究。实验结果表明:超声辐照能够大大提高对4,6-DMDBT的氧化效果;当超声振幅为60%,体系温度为60℃,4,6-DMDBT浓度为1g·L^(-1),氧化剂用量为1mL时,超声氧化反应80min,4,6-DMDBT氧化率为92.37%。由于TBHP的油溶性,以及超声辐照的空化效应,使得氧化剂与目标物完全混合,从而氧化效果好。在超声辅助作用下,4,6-DMDBT最终被氧化成对应的极性更大的亚砜和砜,便于后续硫的进一步去除。 In order to effectively remove sulfur in crude oil,this work presents a study of the ultrasonic assisted oxidation of sulfur compounds,4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene,in crude oil with tert-butyhydroperoxide(TBHP)system.A series of experiments were performed to investigate the effects of various parameters such as oxidation agent dosage,ultrasonic wave amplitude,substrate concentration and temperature.The oxidation mechanism was also studied.The experimental results showed that the present oxidation system was very efficient for the oxidation of 4,6-DMDBT.When the ultrasonic wave amplitude was 60%,the system temperature was 60℃and the amount of oxidant was 1 mL,an oil solution of 1 g·L^(-1) 4,6-DMDBT was 92.37%oxidated in 80 minutes treatment.Due to the oil solubility of TBHP and the cavitation effect of ultrasonic irradiation,the oxidant and the target were completely mixed which greatly improved the oxidation effect of 4,6-DMDBT.The sulfur compounds 4,6-DMDBT reacted with TBHP in the presence of ultrasonic irradiation to produce corresponding sulfoxide,and further oxidation produced the corresponding sulfone.The sulfone was higher polarity to make it easier to further remove the sulfur.
