摘要
研究了时效温度对SAF 2507双相不锈钢力学性能及显微组织的影响。结果表明,SAF2507双相不锈钢在进行300℃和350℃时效后组织为均匀、等轴的两相组织;在500℃时效后,有析出相产生,但是含量较少,冲击功略有下降;在400、800和850℃时效后,有大量析出相产生,造成冲击功很低,硬度范围非常离散。因此,鉴于SAF 2507双相不锈钢有很强的晶间析出物的倾向,应该严格控制时效温度。
The influence of aging temperature on mechanical properties and microstructure of SAF 2507 duplex stainless steel was investigated. The results showed that SAF2507 duplex stainless steel was a uni- form and equiaxial two-phase structure after aging at 300 ℃ and 350 ℃. After aging at 500 ℃, the impact power decreased slightly and there was less precipitatated phase. After aging at 400, 800 and 850 ℃, a large number of precipitation phase arose, so that the impact power was very low and hardness range is ver- y discrete. The aging temperature of SAF 2507 duplex stainless steel should be strictly controlled, because SAF 2507 duplex stainless steel had a strong tendency of intergranular precipitation.
