摘要
根据石漠化治理、环境保护、技术应用、政策管理、生产经营和效益评价等理论,参照国际产业分类标准(ISIC Rev.4),采用中国产业划分规定和中国《国民经济行业分类》(GB/T4754-2017)划分标准,对喀斯特石漠化产业概念、产业体系结构与构建进行了探讨。研究认为:喀斯特石漠化产业建设的基本思路是对喀斯特生态系统的组成结构进行科学调控,形成物质、能量多级循环利用,多时序与多层次开发,"林、牧、农、中药材、微生物、渔、副"协调发展的高效生态产业模式。按第一、第二与第三产业构成石漠化产业体系的一级产业结构;一级产业下按行业划分标准,建立农业、林业、牧业、中药材种植业、渔业、种养产品加工业、旅游业、矿产及加工业、水资源及水能开发、建筑业、其他服务业等二级产业结构;在二级产业下,根据喀斯特石漠化地区资源和社会经济条件等因素构成石漠化产业体系的三级产业。
According to the theory of rocky desertification control, environmental protection, technolo- gy application, policy management, production and business operation, benefit evaluation, etc, with reference to the international standard industrial classification （ISIC rev. 4）, the classification of Chi- nese industry and the national economy industry classification （GB/T4754 -2017） ,this article discus- ses the concept of rocky desertification industry, industrial system, cand building of the rocky desertifi- cation industrial system in guizhou as an example, etc. The research considers： the basic idea of the construction of Karst rocky desertification industry is the scientific regulation of the composition of the Karst ecological system, forms material and energy multistage recycling, multi-sequence and multi-lev- el development, ＂forestry, animal husbandry, agriculture, Chinese medicinal materials, microorganism, fishery,avocation＂ the coordinated development of efficient ecological industry model. With the first, second and third industry constitute the primary industrial structure of the industrial system of rocky de- sertification; Under the first industry,the secondary industrial structure is constituted according to the classification standard of industry, such as agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and processing in-dustry of the Chinese herbal medicine planting, fishing, farming, tourism, mining and processing, wa- ter resources and hydropower development and construction, other services,and so on;Under the sec- ondary industry,the tertiary industry is constituted according to the resources and socio-economic con- ditions of Karst rocky desertification.
