摘要
基于成果导向的应用型人才培养模式构建希望实现当前高等教育的有机发展转型,实现人才培养体系重新构建,转变传统学科导向教育中的固化模式,时刻满足市场人才需求,强调针对人才的应用能力与适应能力培养。换言之,就是要建立基于三维空间的人才培养体系,以达到高等教育服务社会区域经济发展的目的。本文论述了基于成果导向下应用型人才培养模式的基本建构思路、过程、与实施策略,并加以例证分析解读。
Based on the results-oriented application-oriented talent training model, we hope to realize the organicdevelopment and transformation of current higher education, realize the re-construction of the personnel trainingsystem, change the curing mode in the traditional discipline-oriented education, meet the needs of the market talentsand emphasize the application of talents Ability and ability to adapt. This paper discusses the basic construction ideas, processes and implementation strategies of the application-oriented talents training model based on the results-oriented, and analyzesthem by examples.
