摘要
为明确表面活性剂对煤体瓦斯解吸特性的影响,实验测定了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)与椰油酸二乙醇酰胺(CDEA)在不同浓度的表面张力、接触角,选择新疆硫磺沟4-504煤样测定SDBS、CDEA以及两者复配条件下煤体瓦斯解吸量及解吸速度。结果表明:煤体瓦斯解吸总量随解吸时间的增加而增加,最后趋于稳定,两者符合Langmuir关系;解吸速度随解吸时间增加逐渐减小,符合幂函数关系;随着表面活性剂浓度的增加,表面张力、接触角、煤体瓦斯解吸量和解吸速度均减小;接触角、表面张力与单一表面活性剂浓度都符合幂函数关系;瓦斯解吸量、解吸速度与单一表面活性剂浓度是负线性相关关系;与复配的表面活性剂浓度成非线性递减关系。
In order to define the effect of surfactants on the desorption characteristics of coal gas, the effects of Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate(SDBS) and Coconutt Diethanol Amide(CDEA) at different concentrations on surface tension and contact angle were measured. The desulfufization and desorption rates of coal were measured by SDBS, CDEA and the combined conditions. The results show that, total amount of gas dcsorption increases with the increase of desorption time and finally st'abilizes, and the two meet the Langmuir relation. The desorption rate decreases with the increase of desorption time and has a Power function relation. With the increase of surfactant concentration, surface tension, contact angle, coal gas desorption quantity and desorption rate were decreased; the contact angle, surface tension and single surfactant concentration are in line with the power function ; the amount of absorption, desorption velocity and single surfactant concentration gas solution is a negative linear correlation relationship with the surface; the activity of compound agent concentration is nonlinear.
