摘要
采用基于静电吸引力的层层自组装技术,以二氢杨梅素为内核,依次组装阴离子脂质层、阳离子脂质层和羧甲基壳聚糖层,构建三元复合脂质体。结果表明,组装的三元复合脂质体平均粒径为204.8±6.2 nm,电位为-8.1±2.5 mV,具有明显的层状结构,在血浆中具有良好的稳定性,细胞毒性小于阳离子脂质体,同时具有pH敏感性,可在不同介质中选择性释放二氢杨梅素。
The layer-by-layer self-assembly technique which based on electrostatic attraction was adopted. Dihydromyrecetin was used to be the core, and the anionic lipid, cationic lipid and carboxymethyl chitosan were assembled in turn. The results indicated that the average particle size of complex liposomes was 204.8±6.2 nm and zeta potential was-8.1±2.5 mV. It had lamellar structure, good stability in plasma, less cytotoxicity than cationic liposomes and p H sensitivity which released dihydromyricetin selectively in different media.
