摘要
为揭示施氮量与斜发沸石耦合效应对水稻生理特性及产量的影响。将斜发沸石作为土壤改良剂引入稻田管理中,以"千重浪2号"稻种为试材,采用裂区试验设计,以氮肥量为主区(N0,0kg·hm^(-2);N1,70kg·hm^(-2);N2,140kg·hm^(-2);N3,210kg·hm^(-2)),沸石量为副区(Z0,0t·hm^(-2);Z1,10t·hm^(-2)),通过2年大田试验探究不同施氮水平与斜发沸石混施对乳熟期水稻叶绿素含量、叶面积指数、光合特性、叶片水分利用效率及产量的影响。结果表明:施氮量极显著提高水稻叶绿素含量、叶面积指数、光合特性、叶片水分利用效率以及产量。叶绿素含量及叶面积指数的增加促使光合速率显著提高,进而影响产量。斜发沸石对水稻叶绿素含量、叶面积指数、光合速率及产量均产生极显著或显著影响。同Z0相比,2015年Z1处理的叶绿素含量、叶面积指数、光合速率及产量分别提高2.8%、7.6%、3.0%、5.2%;2016年Z1处理相应测试指标分别提高3.2%、5.5%、4.3%、5.4%。可见应用斜发沸石能够显著提高氮肥表观利用率,促进光合作用,达到增产效果。在氮肥和斜发沸石主效应中,N3和Z1均显著增加水稻产量且组合后产量最高,因此N3和Z1混施方法适合该地区水稻高产高效栽培。
In order to reveal the coupling effect of nitrogen(N) and zeolite application rate on physiological mechanism and yield of rice. zeolite was applied into paddy soil as a soil amendment. The experiment was carried in a split-plot design with N application rates(N0, 0 kg·hm^-2; N1, 70 kg·hm^-2; N2, 140 kg·hm^-2; N3, 210 kg·hm^-2)as the main plot and zeolite application(Z0, 0 t·hm^-2; Z1, 10 t·hm^-2) as the sub-plot to investigate the effect of N and zeolite application on chlorophyll content, leaf area index, photosynthesis characteristics, leaf water use efficiency and yield in paddy field in 2015 and 2016. The rice variety used was 'Qianchonglang 2. The results indicated that N application had extremely significant effects on chlorophyll content, leaf area index, photosynthesis characteristics and rice yield. The increase of N application could significantly improve chlorophyll content and leaf area index as the basic of photosynthesis, and promote photosynthesis rate and rice yield. Zeolite had a significant effect on chlorophyll content, leaf area index, photosynthesis characteristics and rice yield. Compared with Z0, Z1 increased chlorophyll content by 2.8%, leaf area index by 7.7%, photosynthesis rate by 3.0% and yield by 5.2% in 2015. and enhanced by 3.2%, 5.6%, 4.3% and 5.4% in 2016.respectively. So the application of zeolite could improve rice photosynthesis rate and yield. The main effect of N3 and Z1 was characterized by actively promoting effect about physiology and yield of rice.Which means the treatment of N3 and Z1 is more suitable for the cultivation of rice in this zone with high yield and high efficiency.
