摘要
流量是流体的一种属性。当前,无论是在工业方面,还是在生活方面,流量检测已成为评估的一个重要指标,有着重要意义。涡街流量计是流量仪表不可或缺的一部分,这是由于卡门涡街具有独特的流体振荡特性,且具有众多优势,如精度高、量程范围较宽、结构简单、无可动部件等。对管道内涡街状态进行模拟,建立3种基本涡旋发生体模型,利用ANSYS进行仿真分析,可为今后流量计的合理结构设计奠定基础。
Rate of flow is one of the properties of fluid and it has great significance both in industrial application and in our life. Flow detection has become an important assessment indicator. Karman Vortex Street has unique fluid oscillation that makes it an integral part of flowmeters. It has many advantages, including wide measuring range, high precision, no moving parts and simple structure. In this paper, vortex flow in the pipeline was simulated, and three basic vortex generation's models were established by using the simulation software ANSYS. It lays a foundation for the rational structure design of flowmeters.
