摘要
随着超高层建筑业态设置的不断增多,超高层在计划编制与控制方面也逐渐趋于复杂。结合天津周大福金融中心项目工程实例,根据各业态精装修所需的施工周期不同,分析不同施工阶段各工序的合理穿插时间,并列举多种施工进度计划检查与纠偏方法。
With the increasing of the formats of super tall building,the super tall building is becoming more and more complicated in planning and controlling. In this paper,based on Tianjin CTF Financial Center project,according to the different construction periods required for the fine decoration of every formats,the reasonable interspersed time of each process in different construction periods is analyzed,and a variety of construction schedule check and rectification methods are listed.
