摘要
目的探析对普外科腹腔镜手术患者实施舒适护理的应用效果。方法收集2016年入我院普外科就诊的100例腹腔镜术治疗患者作为研究对象,以患者及家属知情自愿为原则按数字随机方式将病例平均分为舒适组、对照组两个组别,并分别给予舒适护理、常规围术期护理,对比患者并发症发生率,记录患者下床时间、住院时长,并调查患者护理满意度。结果同对照组相比,舒适组患者下床活动时间早、并发症发生率低、住院时间短,护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论对普外科腹腔镜术患者实施舒适护理能有效降低术后并发症发生率,提升患者舒适度,促进病情康复。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of comfortable nursing in laparoscopic surgery in the department of general surgery. Methods 100 cases of laparoscopy patients treated in the department of general surgery of our hospital in 2016 were collected as the research object. They were divided into two groups in the comfort group and the control group according to the principle of informed voluntariness of the patients and their families. And they were given comfort care and routine perioperative nursing. The incidence of patients＇ complications was compared, the patient＇s bed time, length of hospital stay were recorded, and the patient＇s nursing satisfaction was investigated. Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the comfort group had earlier time to go out of bed, lower incidence of complications, shorter hospitalization time and higher nursing satisfaction （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing care for patients with laparoscopy in department of general surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve the patient＇s comfort and promote the recovery of the disease.
